Good morning and appreciate you taking the time to open this up and have a peep at what I have to say, it’ll be worth your time so just keep reading.
A penguin has some thoughts for you…
I’ve been living out of the country for several months now in South America and I’ve yet to get truly homesick. Sure, I miss the USA and while I do love the fancy things in life, there is something so undeniably appealing about living in places where the weather is very warm w/ great surf, the people are a different culture, and the cost-of-living is significantly lower than that of tier 1 cities in the United States or other large countries. I’ve been having some very very interesting thoughts recently about about the direction of where I will keep pushing my focus, and ultimately I’ve came to the decision to write in this newsletter again in a couple of novel ways which I think you will appreciate.
If you have been following me on Twitter or my newsletter since 2018, 2019, or 2020, I applaud and appreciate you for sticking around. In the coming editions of this newsletter, I will be introducing you to high-level and actionable insights on key events happening in crypto.
I will also be sharing stories about my experiences in South America and other things I enjoy about life.
There will be realizations and revelations which I think I can share with you to improve your life.
Also I’ll do video content and promote other really good creators as well through this! I hope you enjoy what’s to come and I give you my word to be consistent with it! Although currently I’m nursing a broken arm at my condo in Brazil…ouch.
I have a lot of time on my hands and I’m really enjoying the reflection, but mannnn I cant wait to get back in the water and surf big waves.
In the coming months, I truly believe it’s a really good time to start paying deeper attention to crypto again. Due to all of the craziness that has happened in the last year, the market is now at a very low trough in interest, in price, and overall liquidity.
These are the times when the warriors are built, those who will succeed on the other side of the cycle, and I’m hoping to be a guiding force for you if you’re reading this now. Finally, I’ve had some changes in my business and life:
I have stopped doing short term rental Airbnbs in favor of a long-term tenant who pays good rent and puts me in a cash flowing position every month
We have a rebranded DeFi Slate to The Rollup in an effort to help the scaling efforts of Ethereum and deliver the best quality contact on layer twos and different applications. We have been helping many DAOs with advising, marketing, content creation, and other strategic operations while preparing for a lot of activity to heat up going into Q3 and Q4 of this year! We aim to help you take full advantage of cheap fees, high yields and new opportunities in the L2 realm
I’m doing paid threads and securing advisor roles with prominent DeFi protocols to make a big splash next bull cycle, giving you a chance to be early to really solid risk:reward opportunities in crypto
